Fabricated steel Hub Wheel FEATURES:
- Flexibility of production over castings…
– eliminates excessive lead times and costly patterns.
– reduces excessive inventory levels necessitated by castings lot size requirements - Higher strength-to-weight ration than castings
- Capable of wide variety of sizes (including metric)
– outside dia. (currently form 6 1/2″ OD to 30″ OD)
– hub widths (currently from 1 1/2″ to 14″)
– hub thickness (currently from 3/8″ to 1 1/4″) - Just-In-Time manufacturing capability

RIM/WHEEL FEATURES:
- Heavy-duty rim wheel normally supports more load than applicable tire
- 150 P.S.I. capacity tire inflation rating
- Solid or pneumatic tires can be used
- Can be made as a single, dual or specialty wheel
- Conforms to Tire & Rim Association Standards
- Ease of tire mounting and demounting
- 8”, 9”, 10” & 12” diameter rims are made of C1010 HRP&O 1/4” steel
- 15” diameter rims are made of C1010 HRP&O 5/16” steel
- Just-In-Time manufacturing capability
